Seabury’s project asked how the issues of racism and diversity can be addressed in their M.Div. curriculum. They have focused on entering students and the new required two-quarter course, The Gospel Mission. The faculty deepened its conversation at the fall conference and sought further consultation to evaluate how well the course met its goals. They also invited both alumni/ae and current students to share with the faculty how they, as persons of color, have experienced Seabury’s classes.
