The Upcoming Consultation Program
May 6, 2008
Dear Participant:
As we look ahead to the Final Project Consultation for the 2006 and 2007 schools (October 2-4, 2008), I want to let you know what we have in mind for that event. As you know, we will meet in Alexandria, VA. Hotel accommodations are at the Hilton Alexandria Old Town, but our consultation will be held at Christ Church Episcopal—a shuttle bus will take us to and from the church.
The aim of this consultation is to hear from participating schools about their projects and to look at deeper theological and educational issues. Some schools, of course, have completed their projects while others are still in progress. We have assigned a session for each school to describe its project and to designate a question emerging from the project which will engage the whole group. We are asking each school’s representatives to create and lead the process for discussing the question they designate. Attached is a draft of the schedule for our time together.
Please send me the names of the three faculty/staff members who will be participating in the colloquium. I hope you will send those names as soon as possible. If you have any questions, please let me know.
I look forward to being with you in October.
Sincerely,
Malcolm Warford
